Our Beginnings

We became involved with the medieval re-enactment after meeting

Brian Blessed way back in 1992 at a charity event for which my son

and I had provided some artwork for, we became pals and were soon

thrust into film production 'Chasing the Deer'  (1994) a film depicting the

events at Culloden 1746. Soon after 'The Bruce' film was upon us.

By now (1995) we were close friends with several re-enactors and

had established a thriving  filmprops business.

Grand and Adventurous Productions supplied all manner of prop

weaponry and banners etc: etc:.  Being a member of  The British Plate

Armour society during this period.

Sadly events at home in 1997 cut short our involvement with both

My wife was run over but did recover and sadly is now disabled.

However life goes on and though we said goodbye to propsmaking

Our creativity hovered and soon Heraldry became foremost in our

lives. Though we managed  afew TV/Video  productions during this time

We decided  to get back into reenactment   and thanks to

           Ross and Ingrid OHennessy and friends  ( Our Saviours)

                            We are now firmly established with
